With close to 3 plus years of experience, I have effectively and efficiently managed both the patient and staff. I am organized, calm, and provide patient-centric care. Through my education and experience, I built a passion for providing quality care to the patient.

In one of my working experience, I was tasked to evaluate the medical condition of up to 30 patients daily, and directing and developing a rotational system to manage the care of the patient and effectively coordinate the workforce management. With this, I suppose I can add my potential, understanding, experience to overcome the problem.
