Agile is an approach to software development where an independent and inter-functional team focuses on constantly delivering input from end-users through operational work, and learns in the process. Agile is a collection of rules which promote flexibility, adaptability, communication and working-related software. Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Extreme Programming are some of the most common Agile frameworks. Agile strives to develop customer-driven applications rapidly.
